Ingredients (for 4-8 people)
- 300 g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
- 7 g cornstarch
- 250g brown sugar
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1⁄2 tbsp oil
- 250 ml water
Instructions
- Melt brown sugar in the water in a pan
- Gradually sift in rice flour and cornstarch to the sugar liquid, while removing as much solid lumps as possible
- Pour contents into a 20 cm round tin (or similar volume), steam for 30 - 35 minutes
