Chinese New Year Sweet Rice Cake (紅糖椰汁年糕)

Ingredients (for 4-8 people)

Instructions

  1. Melt brown sugar in the water in a pan
  2. Gradually sift in rice flour and cornstarch to the sugar liquid, while removing as much solid lumps as possible
  3. Pour contents into a 20 cm round tin (or similar volume), steam for 30 - 35 minutes
