Ingredients

• Peanut butter cup ice cream

  • 158g peanut butter
  • 50g sugar (reduced from 85g)
  • 150ml milk
  • 240g cream
  • 0.75tsp vanilla
  • 4-6 peanut butter cups
  • (note: vaguely for 1-4 people depending on appetite?)

• Lemon blueberry cheesecake ice cream (reduced sugar)

  • 35g blueberries
  • 25g sugar
  • 226g cream cheese
  • 225g sugar
  • 480ml double cream
  • 240g milk
  • 1-2 digestive biscuits
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Chill the ice cream maker bowl overnight
2. Pick a flavour and mix components together
3. Turn on the ice cream maker
4. Pour in mixture gradually while bowl contents are stirred
5. Simple!
